RMA and Return
If your goods arrive defective or in a damaged state, e-mail
us with your order number and a brief explanation of the situation.
You have 3 days from the arrival of the package to report
a defective or damaged goods.
Software Return Policy
Return Retail Software for refund within: 15 days (Must be
unopened box, and factory sealed. )
Return OEM Software for refund within: NON-Refundable for
any reason, once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are
intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred
to another PC once installed.
Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement
within: 15 days of the ship date. Defective items will be
replaced with the same title only.
Obtaining RMA Number
A Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA #) must be
obtained from us and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise
must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA
# at which time the RMA # expires. RMA #'s are non-renewable.
Return shipping charges for non-defective items are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) within 15 days

Please provide the following information when requesting a
RMA #:, Order number, name of product being returned, reason
for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail
address.
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with
the UPC or warranty label intact.
For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable"
shipping method such as Delivery Confirmation number.
Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the
RMA #. Print the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package.
Replacement
Upon receiving your returned product, We must test all returned
products before we can issue a refund or exchange any products.
This is necessary so we are able to file claims on defective
or damaged goods with the manufacturer or the shipping company.
Refund and Credit
Fees: All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee
of 5% of the value of the returned items, and a return processing
fee of $5.00.
For Open Value Licensing returns:
Electronic software licenses that have been activated are
not returnable. Those that have not yet been activated can
be returned, you will be charged a 20% processing fee.
Shipping: Shipping fees are not refundable. It is your responsibility
to ship your return to us. For your protection, we suggest
using a reputable carrier, and selecting tracking, delivery
confirmation, and insurance options. We are not responsible
for packages lost en route to us.
Credit will be issued of receiving your return. All refunds
for credit will be issued to your Paypal Credit Card account,
the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted
from the amount credited. We will not refund the original
freight charge or the freight charge for the return. All items
not returned in original packaging in good condition or missing
items, such as warranty label; or damage to original product
packaging box will be subject to a repackaging fee.
Products that have been activated, registered, damaged, or
are otherwise unsaleable are not eligible for return, will
be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping
charges and handling charge. This is determined by SoftwareMedia
after careful inspection of contents and verification with
the manufacturer that the product has not been registered
or activated.
RMA be denied and returned to the customer at their cost.
Damage caused by the customer to any of these components incuding
writing, scratches, breakage or any other type of damage that
causes the product to be exempt from resale will result in
the RMA being denied and the product will be returned at customer's
expense.
Software products with exposed installation serial numbers
or key codes are not eligible for an RMA because of licensing
restrictions.
